Suitable place for exploring Chepstow. Nice welcome from host. An electric kettle, a washing machine and glassware provided. Vews of the castle. Great and stunning setting just next door to town centre, rail station, and castle. Btw, located in the middle of the city.

The location of the property was great, with easy access to key attractions in the area. Additionally, the room was reasonably priced which was a definite advantage. Furthermore, the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the bed sheets and cobwebs on the mirror.

The value for money at this place was great, with a lovely large double bedroom and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with a fabulous view of the castle and just a short walk from Beaufort square. The staff made us feel very welcome and provided excellent communication throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if it was included in the price.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par and we had to leave. The cracked toilet seat, cobwebs on the mirror, and stains on the bed sheets were also disappointing.
